JLL Clinches “Facilities Management Team of the Year” at RICS Awards 2018 Hong Kong

HONG KONG, March 26, 2018 – JLL is pleased to announce that the Company has clinched the "Facilities Management Team of the Year" honor at the RICS Awards 2018 held in Hong Kong, a highly respected industry award that recognizes the achievements and successes of professionals in the disciplines of land, real estate, construction and infrastructure as well as their impact on local communities in different continents across the globe.

JLL has also won the "Certificate of Excellence" in the "Retail Team of the Year", "Office Team of the Year", "Property Management Team of the Year" and "Project Management Team of the Year" categories. Our Retail Department director Eric Cheng has garnered the "Certificate of Excellence" for "Young Surveyor of the Year".

Nominees are evaluated upon a wide range of criteria covering professionalism, achievement, innovation and teamwork. This year, the Awards received 60 nominations from a diverse spectrum of sectors within the built industry. The award winners were selected from 35 shortlisted nominations in 13 categories
