JLL appoints Nelson Wong as Head of Research for Greater China and Hong Kong
JLL announced that Nelson Wong is returning to take up the position of Head of Research for Greater China and Hong Kong, effective from 1 December 2019
Nelson previously joined Jones Lang Wootton in 1997 in Hong Kong as a Regional Economist, before he was appointed as the firm’s Head of Research in 2000. He was responsible for the company’s bespoke research consulting services and producing a wide range of publications covering all real estate sectors until 2004, before he went on to hold positions as an Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. He was also a Portfolio Manager at ING Real Estate, now known as CBREGI following an acquisition. Nelson holds a PhD from Syracuse University in Economics
With this new appointment, Nelson will work closely with JLL’s team of over 60 researchers across the Greater China, to drive synergy and collaboration in the firm’s research output.
