Property at 88 Robinson road for auction under land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) ordinance

HONG KONG, 5 January 2022 – JLL today announced it has been appointed as the auctioneer for the sale of a building at 88 Robinson Road in Mid-Levels by public auction pursuant to an Order for Sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.

The public auction will be held at 11:00am on 27 January 2022 (Thursday) and the property has a reserve price of HKD 1.009 billion.

The nine-storey residential building with roof was built in 1961 and is served by two lifts and two common staircases. The property comprises lower basement, upper basement and ground floor to 6/F, each with 5 flats for domestic use.

The site is zoned as "Residential (Group B)" under Approved Mid-Levels West Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H11/15. It has a site area of approximately 10,360 sq ft.

The property is being sold partly with vacant possession and partly subject to existing lettings, tenancies and licences (if any) and existing building orders and on an 'as is' basis.

The public auction will be held at the JLL office, 7/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
