No. 73 and No. 75 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City for Auction under Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance

HONG KONG, 14 October 2020 – JLL has been appointed as auctioneer for the public auction of the buildings at No.73 and No. 75 Lion Rock Road, Kowloon City, pursuant to an Order for Sale made by the Lands Tribunal under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.

The public auction will be held at 11am on November 6, 2020 (Friday). The reserve price of the property is HK$223,372,680.

The five-storey building was built in 1954. It comprises street level shops, a mezzanine floor for non-domestic use and first floor to fourth floor are residential flats, served by two common staircases.

The site is zoned as “Residential (A) 2” under Draft Ma Tau Kok Outline Zoning Plan No. S/K10/25. It has a site area of approximately 2811.99 square feet, or approximately 261.24 square meters.

The property is being sold partly with vacant possession and partly subject to existing lettings and tenancies (if any) and on an “as is” basis.

The successful purchaser of the property and the purchaser’s successors in title will be subject to the conditions specified in Schedule 3 of Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance and the conditions specified in the Order for Sale and any subsequent directions made by the Lands Tribunal (if any).

The public auction will be held at JLL office, 7/F One Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
