JLL appointed as sole agent for the sale of a rare car port and a residential flat in Mid-Levels West

Hong Kong, 9 March 2021 – JLL has been appointed by the landlord as the sole agent for selling the whole Car Port and a residential flat on lower floor of Park Height at No.66 Bonham Road and No.12A Park Road in Mid-Levels West. The market estimates the property to be worth around HKD38 million.

Located in a traditional upscale residential community on Hong Kong Island, Park Height was completed in 1995 as a composite residential building. On the G/F are shops facing Bonham Road. The main entrance is on the 1/F and faces Park Road. Part of the 1/F also serves for retail purposes. The two-floor Car Port is spread across 2/F – 3/F providing 17 parking spaces, with its entrance on the 1/F and facing Park Road.

The property for sale is Flat C on the lower floor with a saleable area of approximately 417 sq ft, as well as the whole Car Port of the development with a parking space ratio of 4:1.

With some of the carpark spaces for rental purposes and the remainder owner-occupied, the Car Port will be sold on an 'as-is' basis and subject to existing tenancies."
