The scheme will feature the restoration of a heritage Grade II* listed gasholder, which is the oldest in the world. Situated in one of London’s most celebrated locations, King’s Road Park will create a new landmark for Fulham.

The best London has to offer on your doorstep

King’s Road Park takes prime position in the heart of Fulham, with the best of south-west London’s amenities on the doorstep. A range of top-performing schools and universities are within easy reach, including Imperial College London, King’s College London, London School of Economic, Thomas’s Fulham and Lady Margaret School. The scheme is also located just 60 metres from the King’s Road, which stretches from Sloane Square in Chelsea to Parsons Green. The King’s Road comprises a mixture of high-end fashion stores to trendy boutiques and is just a short walk from some of London’s best department stores such as Harrods and Harvey Nichols. The area further benefits from a wealth of culture and entertainment, including the Saatchi Gallery and Royal Hospital Chelsea – the venue for both Masterpiece and the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Investments positioned to thrive

King’s Road Park will create 1,843 new homes, comprising a collection of stylish suites, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, as well as a selection of penthouses. Located next to iconic Chelsea, King’s Road Park will offer residents the opportunity to invest in a popular area of London, with central London homes predicted to rise in value by 4.5% in the next five years*. The capital is set to remain an attractive place to live, work and own residential assets, supporting a 12.4% price growth in central London by the end of 2023. Furthermore, Sterling is also anticipated to appreciate against the US Dollar by 15% by 2021*, making King’s Road Park an investment that is likely to deliver favourable returns for buyers down the line.

Peter Murray, Lead Director, JLL Residential comments, “Kings Road Park is an exciting new project which ticks every box for the discerning international buyer. Positioned close by to the famous King’s Road and fashionable Chelsea, well connected on the doorstep of Fulham Broadway underground and Imperial Wharf rail station and finally delivering the best of Berkeley Homes’ product with world-class residents’ facilities: there is every reason to invest’’.

Nick Whitten, Director, JLL Research comments, “London remains one of the world’s premier investment locations. Alongside the key fundamentals, London also boasts a world leading cultural and leisure offering. Thoughtful design with world-class facilities

Designed by renowned architects EPR, each home will be thoughtfully arranged and will feature bright, open-plan living spaces. There will be a range of world-class facilities for residents to enjoy, including a 25-metre swimming pool featuring a skylight to fill the area with natural light, alongside a vitality pool, sauna and steam room. There will also be a residents’ lounge with an Atrium courtyard, perfect for entertaining guests, and a spacious gym and two fitness studios. Furthermore, residents will benefit from 24-hour concierge services, two cinemas, private dining room, meeting rooms, two treatment rooms, games room and a virtual golf room.

A new neighbourhood with St William’s landscape-led approach at its heart

The natural environment takes pride of place at King’s Road Park. A beautiful new public park is at the centre of the development, with inviting green and open spaces for the community to enjoy. There is also a private courtyard garden for the residents within the first phase, which includes landscape features such as a maze, linear lawn, water feature, seating and a planting area for residents to enjoy all year round. King’s Road Park has been designed to position the new homes within the park, all of homes featuring a private balcony or terrace and many offer panoramic views across the park and central square.

A prized location with connections throughout London and beyond

King’s Road Park is conveniently situated in Zone 2, allowing residents to reach London and beyond with ease.
