A Spanish architect with a passion for science-driven workplace design, Gonzalo thrives on helping corporates better understand and design human behavior and workplace culture. His professional experience in the last 18 years spans across Europe, Middle East and now Asia. Now based in Hong Kong, he heads up the Accounts design business for Asia Pacific JLL, Portfolio Design and is the author of JLL’s recently published “Re-Entry: Workplace Design Considerations”.

Catherine has over 20 years industry experience with a cross-sector portfolio, covering projects across Asia Pacific and London and currently heads the design studio in Hong Kong. Her prime focus has been on workplace design, including projects that inspire change and new ways of working while closely collaborating with each client for a bespoke solution. She has a holistic approach to ensure success is driven by all factors, to ultimately design a platform for the client and business to thrive and grow.

Ben Hamley leads JLL's Point of View on the Future of Work in Asia Pacific and works across our consulting, technology, HR and Experience teams to create an integrated strategic framework for reimaging the future of work using scenario planning and service design. Ben has an eclectic background that traverses roles in Entertainment, Education, Not for Profit, Culture, Technology and Professional Services, having held leadership and advisory roles for the Brisbane Writers Festival, the Social Capital Institute and the Analytics Institute of Australia.
