Invesco Hong Kong, an independent investment management firm, understands that the right office is crucial for their employees and clients. To locate and create such space, they decided to partner with JLL for a fit-out project that would suit their needs for the next decade.

Invesco’s goal was to build an office that can accommodate all employees while maintaining a professional atmosphere – with a strong emphasis on sustainability. To achieve the LEED and WELL Gold standards, the team not only selected high-efficiency air conditioning and lighting equipment to enhance energy efficiency, but also installed indoor air quality sensors and low-emission materials to maintain high air quality.

Throughout the design process, three key considerations guided the team's decisions. Firstly, it is crucial that the productivity hardware is meeting the requirements for efficient day-to-day operations. Secondly, high-tech solutions are implemented to cater for hybrid workstyles. Lastly, ergonomics is also taken into account to improve overall comfort, wellness, and aesthetics.

JLL's design approach was data-driven, involving stakeholders and users in the whole planning process. We are proud to have created a workspace that aligns with Invesco's vision, showcasing the power of One JLL.
