Alvin first joined JLL as an intern in the Valuations Advisory Services team and part-time fresh graduate in 2011, and later kickstarted his professional career as a valuer for the firm upon graduating from university. Keen to take on new challenges, he joined the Hong Kong Capital Markets team in 2018 to broaden his expertise beyond valuations.
Alvin’s daily duties include providing professional agency services in the Hong Kong market, preparing marketing strategies, and assisting clients in the property acquisition and disposal processes.
His dedication and eagerness to explore new horizons earned him JLL Hong Kong’s ‘2018 Rising Talent Award’, which gives recognition to hard work and contribution from young talent. Having achieved MRICS in 2015 and with the support of the firm, Alvin also dedicates time to serving his fellow young surveyors as the incumbent chairman of the RICS Hong Kong Board Matrics Committee 2017-2019.
