Current responsibilities
KK Fung is JLL's Managing Director for Greater China. His career with JLL spans over 30 years and has seen his involvement in many pioneering retail and office developments across Greater China.

Operating in the world’s fastest growing economy, KK works closely with market and business leaders, such as Honkong Land, Swire Properties, Sun Hung Kai and Cheung Kong amongst others, to develop strategic direction, business priorities and operational advice across Greater China. He has also created close ties with many city government officials across China to advise on market conditions and urban planning.

As Chairman of the Greater China Executive Leadership Committee since 2008 and as a key stakeholder in JLL’s Energy and Sustainability Services practice in China, KK continues to strengthen the Firm’s presence and market share in the region.

KK joined the Firm (then known as Jones Lang Wootten) in 1984.

He previously headed the company's Commercial Markets Division in Hong Kong, where he supervised a number of its leasing and sales projects, building strong relationships with developers, fund managers and multinational corporations that are maintained to this day.

In 2003, KK was appointed Head of Retail, overseeing consultancy and marketing of retail premises for Jones Lang LaSalle across Hong Kong, Macau and China. In the same year, he was appointed Jones Lang LaSalle’s Managing Director, Hong Kong, overseeing growth of the business across all business lines.

Since taking over responsibility for Greater China, including Hong Kong and Macau, in 2009, KK has expanded the Firm’s footprint in this region, opening an additional five new offices to now lead a team of more than 2,200 people in 15 corporate offices, in addition to another 14,000 staff working in client premises.

KK holds a Bachelor’s degree in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

KK is the Chairman of JLL’s Greater China Executive Leadership Committee and a Member of its Asia Pacific Strategic Team Leadership.
