Abi Adeojo Gaither
Global Head of HR, Capital Markets
As the Head of Human Resources for Capital Markets, Abi is responsible for overseeing diverse talent across the globe and leading the ideation and execution of JLL’s People Strategy.
Over her 24-year career in HR, Abi has worked at leading financial services firms, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Bear Stearns, American International Group (“AIG”), and Bank of America. This has given her exposure to both sell-side and buy-side businesses, effectively creating and maintaining engaged, productive and diverse teams across the globe.
Since joining JLL in 2022, Abi has led HR for Revenue and Spark Venture Group, and then appointed Global Head of HR for JLL Technologies and now leads the global function for JLL Capital Markets. In each role, she has been responsible for leading large, international teams, seeing through the effective ideation and execution of JLL’s people strategy.
Abi earned her undergraduate degree from John Jay College and her graduate degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development from The New School University, both based in New York. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University ILR School. Her vast educational and professional background fully equips her to effectively steer JLL’s Capital Market’s people agenda.
