These improvements include extensive site grading, onsite sewer, and new drainage pipes in place for the future developer. As a result of the existing infrastructure and improvements, the next owner could go vertical in a matter of weeks after closing.


The 8-acre tract has been rough graded, but is not entitled at this time.
