The building has 6 shops on ground floor and 30 residential units.</p><p>The third property at 5-11 Landale Street, Hong Kong completed in 1957. They are two pairs of 6-storey tenement buildings offers 6 shops on ground floor and 30 residential flats. </p><p>The three buildings cover a total site area of 1,187.5 square meters.</p><p>The site is zoned as "Residential (A)" according to the Draft Wan Chai Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H5/27.
