Hong Kong has historically attracted strong investment demand, especially in traditional sectors including, office, retail, residential, industrial and hotels. However, with the current real estate cycle spanning almost a decade, investors have started to look beyond these traditional sectors and into areas in which they can diversify their investment holdings.
