Current Responsibilities
James is responsible for advising International retailers looking to expand into the Asia Pacific retail market with in depth strategy reports, advice and location prioritizing/sourcing.
Based in Hong Kong and covering the Asia Pacific region James also advises landlords on the best retail mix for their retail projects and through a vast global retailer network, delivers top international tenants for these projects.

James worked in London for 7 years dealing with landlords, tenants and investors in key retail projects throughout London and the UK.

Having moved to Korea in 2010 and subsequently Shanghai in 2012 and HK in 2015 James provides key strategic advice to some of the biggest International retailers looking to enter China and the Asia Pacific region. James is an expert in helping European, US and other Asian retailers understand the key differences in market practices and delivering world class real estate to his clients.

James has worked on representing retailers in various markets across Asia such as H&M, Abercrombie & Fitch, LVMH, New Look, Jack Wills, Gap, Mango, Cruciani, Richemont, River Woods, Samsung Fashion, Citi Bank, Zegna, Coach, Porsche Design, Promod, Karen Millen and Burberry.

James is also responsible for the roll out of a number of confidential US and European fashion brands across China.

Landlord shopping centre leasing advice for Mitsui's Kuala Lumpur Outlet Mall, Krissh Square in Sri Lanka and One Mount Mall, Parc 1, Noon Square, M-Plaza and Up Square in Korea.

Education and Affiliations
James attended Nottingham University and is a Licensed Estate Agent in HK and a member of the ICSC.
