​Current Responsibilities

Jeffrey Yung is Operations Director for JLL’s Integrated Facilities Management team. He is responsible for business development in this area and overseeing facilities managem​​ent accounts and technical support services for various investment bank, IT, aviation, technology, logistics and transportation companies.

With extensive experience in facilities management, health and safety, environmental and​​​ energy management, Jeffrey provides creative solutions to support clients’ business objectives. His number one priority is his clients’ satisfaction. 


Jeffrey has almost three decades of experience in property and facilities management in​​​ Hong Kong. He has management office buildings, residential developments and commercial complexes and led facility, customer service, leasing project management and technical teams. 

Before joining JLL, Jeffrey was Head of Facility Management for Cyberport Facility Management for I​​​SS EastPoint Facility Services. He also worked for Colliers International in Hong Kong, with oversight of the management and engineering teams for a 2.5 million square foot portfolio.


Jeffrey holds a Master o​​​​f Science degree in Facilities Management and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Building Services Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. 

He is a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) with the Engineering Council UK and a Registered Professional Engineer (RPE) in Hong Kong. Jeffrey also holds​​ Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and Registered Safety Officer (RFO) designations


Jeffrey is an Honorary Fellow of the Society of Operations Engineers (HonFSOE) and the Institution of Plant Engineering (FIPlantE). He is a Fe​llow of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (FCIBSE) and a Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (MHKIE).

Jeffrey is currently the Immediate Past President of the Society of Operations Engineers (Hong Kong Region) and Chairman of Safety Specialists Committee of Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
