Current Responsibilities
Joanne Ormandy leads JLL’s Online Markets (OLM) projects across Asia Pacific and is also the Head of Business Technology for Greater China.

She is responsible for deploying JLL’s online property platforms across the region, ensuring alignment with the company’s global and regional online strategy.

In her Greater China role, she works with the business to create online solutions across data, IT, marketing and sales that place JLL ahead of its competition and drive revenue for the Firm. 

Experience
With 15 years’ of global experience, Joanne has managed cross-cultural teams and worked effectively with intra-business teams, primarily IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing. 

Before taking up her current roles, Joanne was Head of Marketing for Hong Kong and Macau, overseeing the execution of marketing plans for JLL’s varied business lines.

Before joining JLL, Joanne worked in senior global business technology, information systems and channel management roles for Nestle and Coca-Cola Enterprises and as a consultant for Qantas Airways and SingTel Optus.

Education
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Biochemistry from the University of Otago and a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry and Genetics from the same institution.

She is currently completing a Global MBA with the Alliance Manchester Business School.
