As Head of Integrated Facilities Management for Greater China and Korea, Robert Hutton oversees a portfolio of over 120 corporate clients, representing 73 million square feet under management. He is responsible for more than 3,200 staff, and uses his recruiting, team-building and leadership skills to assure top talent deliver consistent service excellence.
Working in some of the world’s major economies, Robert works closely with market and business leaders to develop strategic direction, business priorities and operational advice across Greater China and Korea, expanding our IFM presence in the region, and maintain strong relationships with corporates and individuals across industries.
His experience in risk management, facilities management, leasing, EH&S, business continuity planning, financial management, and crisis management allows him to evolve JLL’s platform of best practices and capabilities to meet the changing needs of client. Robert focuses on driving efficiency by streamlining delivery models and operations, producing optimum cost savings and productivity to client portfolios.
Robert is a member of JLL’s regional Corporate Solutions team (incorporating IFM, Integrated Portfolio Services, Project & Development Services and Consulting) and a full member of the Firm’s IFM Asia Pacific Executive.
Robert has honed his leadership skills, strategic planning, team building and tactical execution of delivery models through more than 17 years of real estate and 19 years of military experience. He has spearheaded many high-profile and discreet initiatives, consistently demonstrating his planning and tactical execution skills at all levels.
Before joining JLL, Robert led Global Operations, Asia Pacific for Pfizer, managing a 4.2 million square foot portfolio of office, residential, research and development, land and industrial space. He built the Corporate Facilities team from the ground up and repositioned Pfizer’s portfolio to optimise the company’s infrastructure and capital investments.
During his military career with the British Army, Robert advanced quickly through leadership roles to oversee nearly 1,000 troops
Robert graduated from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst.
