Current responsibilities
Eric Lee is the Head of Operations for JLL’s Greater China Property and Asset Management business. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of quality property and asset management across the Firm's portfolio, covering more than 15 cities across Greater China. 

Eric is also dedicated to ensuring compliance of our business operations with regional and local requirements, while developing best practices based on JLL's breadth of experience and tailored to local markets.

Eric began his career with JLL as a Property Manager in Hong Kong in 1983. Since then he has gain extensive experience in providing property management and consultancy services across Greater China, Thailand, Korea and the Philippines. He is now an International Director with the Firm. 

Eric was crucial to the establishment of JLL's Facilities Management business in Hong Kong in 1997. He has also been instrumental in building our leading position in Greater China, where we now support more than 700 clients and manage over 700 million sq ft of space.

Eric is a Founder Member of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), China Office. 

He is also a Certified Facility Manager, recognised by the International Facility Management Association, USA and a Chartered Building Engineer, recognised by the Chartered Association of Building Engineers in the United Kingdom.
