Our people

Current responsibilities

CK is the Head of JLL's Valuations Advisory Services in Asia and an International Director with the Firm. 

He assists clients with investment and development site sales, portfolio valuations, valuation due diligence, REIT property advice and government lease negotiations. He also offers litigation valuation advice and can act as an expert witness at Hong Kong's High Court and Lands Tribunal.

CK has over thirty years of real estate experience in Hong Kong, China and across Asia. He first joined Jones Lang Wootton's Valuation department in 1986 and moved into the Firm's Investment department three years later. After a year working with a local listed development company, CK rejoined Jones Lang Wootton in 1998.


CK graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1986 with a Professional Diploma in Estate Management.

He also holds a Master of Arts degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong

CK was the President of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors 2015-2016 and is a Fellow with that professional body. 

He is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a member of the International Valuation Standards Council Tangible Assets Standards Board.

CK is a member of the Land and Development Advisory Committee of the HKSAR as well as being a member of the REIT Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission, Expert Advisory Panel of Hong Kong 2030+, Task Force on Land Supply, Subsidised Housing Committee of the Hong Kong Housing Authority and Trade and Industry Advisory Board. He also sits on the Administrative Appeals Board and is currently a Director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited.
