Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong Appoints Three New Directors In Its Markets Division


Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce the appointments of Terry Shum, Samson Heau and Brian Brenner as senior directors of the Hong Kong Markets team to further grow its client base and strengthen client relationships in the city.
 
Terry Shum who left the Firm in 2007 after seven years, rejoins as National Director to lead further growth for Kowloon business. Terry  has an unrivalled track record with a number of clients such as Limited Brands, China Mobile and Sanyo Electric and strong knowledge and experience of the commercial transaction environment in Kowloon.
 
Samson Heau rejoins the Firm in January this year as Director of the Hong Kong Markets team. Leveraging his corporate experience at Standard Charted Bank and Wachovia and his previous nine-years with Jones Lang LaSalle, Samson will be responsible for managing clients portfolios, primarily focusing on Hong Kong Island and providing high-quality services to occupier clients. With his in-depth experience both in agency and tenant representation, Samson will add considerable value to the team.
 
Brian Brenner who will join us in February as National Director specialises in providing high-quality advice to corporates. He has an impressive background helping some of the largest multinational occupiers, including the RBS Group, Moody’s and Mizuho Securities.   Brian has approximately ten years experience in Hong Kong.
