Lock17 brings a rare investment opportunity in north London


HONG KONG, 24 May 2018 – Rise is the first of a number of buildings within the exciting new Lock17 regeneration project in Tottenham Hale, London. Comprising a new 21 storey building, it will provide 141 private sale apartments of studio, one and two bedrooms, many of which will offer waterviews or a far reaching panoramic views towards the City of London and Canary Wharf. Tottenham football club regeneration to the north provides a new 61,000 seat stadium for Tottenham Hotspurs football club and will also become home to the NFL league in the UK coupled, this is coupled with a new tube station. To the south the Tottenham Hale station; which is within 5 minutes walk, improvements have created a terminal ready for a new CrossRail 2 station providing further improved links through to London Stansted Airport (currently 35 minutes by rail) and Victoria Station (19 minutes by tube) to the south.
