Po Wah Building (Nos. 46, 48, 50, 52, 54 and 56 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong), Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 Anton Street and Nos. 5, 7, 9, 11 Landale Street, Hong Kong for auction under Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance


​​November 23, 2017 – JLL has been appointed as auctioneer for the public auction of Po Wah Building (Nos. 46, 48, 50, 52, 54 and 56 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong), and the buildings at Nos. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 Anton Street, Hong Kong and Nos. 5, 7, 9, 11 Landale Street, Hong Kong in Wan Chai under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance of the Lands Tribunal.

The public auction will be held at 11am on 15th December 2017 (Friday). The reserve price of the property is HKD2,055,000,000

Po Wah Building located at Nos 46, 48, 50, 52, 54 and 56 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong completed in 1959. The 14-storey building provides 7 shops on ground floor and 99 residential units.

The second property is three pairs of 6-storey tenement buildings at Nos 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 Anton Street, Hong Kong completed in 1961. The building has 6 shops on ground floor and 30 residential units.

The third property at 5-11 Landale Street, Hong Kong completed in 1957. They are two pairs of 6-storey tenement buildings offers 6 shops on ground floor and 30 residential flats. 

The three buildings cover a total site area of 1,187.5 square meters.

The site is zoned as "Residential (A)" according to the Draft Wan Chai Outline Zoning Plan No. S/H5/27. Sold partly with vacant possession and partly subject to existing lettings and tenancies (if any) and on an 'as is' basis. 

The auction will be held at 6th Floor, Three Pacific Place, 1 Queen's Road East, Hong Kong.
