For further education there are a number of top ranking universities including, Kings College London and UCL, a short commute away.

Masters Court is also just a few minutes' walk from Harrow town centre, which is set to be transformed following the recently announced £1.75 billion Heart of Harrow regeneration project. The funding aims to capitalise on Harrow's excellent connectivity and provide over 3,000 new jobs and 5,000 new homes further contributing to the economic prosperity of the area.

Simon Halfhide, Sales Director for Redrow London, comments: "At Masters Court we have carefully balanced style and convenience to create apartments that suit busy London lifestyles.

"Harrow has outstanding connections to central London and an excellent collection of amenities closer to home, including an outstanding selection of schools. The recently announced investment into the area further demonstrates the commitment to maintaining Harrow's strong local economy."

Mandy Wong, Head of International Residential Property Services at JLL, said: "Harrow is a traditional residential area in London. New housing supply in the district is limited, while Lyon Square's Masters Court is one of the few new residential projects in the area. With the greater housing demand from local people, the leasing and sales markets are expected to be benefited."
