HONG KONG, September 20, 2017 – A prestigious collection of 66 homes are to be unveiled at Sherrin House, the first phase of St Edward's prestigious Royal Warwick Square development in Hong Kong on 22 September 2017. The homes are located in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, close to the illustrious neighbourhoods of Knightsbridge, Chelsea and Holland Park.​

Designed by renowned architects Squire & Partners, Royal Warwick Square will comprise of over 500 homes when complete. Homes in this release at Sherrin House include 66, one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses offering buyers the rare opportunity to experience classical London living within a contemporary interpretation of Kensington's famed garden square.​

Green space is central to the ethos of Royal Warwick Square with a large landscaped courtyard garden in addition to a linear park at the front of the development.
