tds Unveils Price List of 28 Aberdeen St.

First 30 units start at HK$28,912 per saleable sq ft after discount for a limited number of units


Hong Kong, 21 March 2017 - The Development Studio (tds), the Hong Kong based property developer founded by renowned real estate developer Keith Kerr, today unveiled the price list of its first-ever project – 28 Aberdeen St. – a brand new residential project in Soho Central. The prices of the first 30 units range from HK$13.074 million to HK$18.394 million. After applying the discount offered to the buyers, prices range from HK$11.767 million to HK$16.555 million, or HK$28,912 per saleable sq ft to HK$40,676 per sq ft. The project is expected to be completed in the latter half of 2017.

The first 30 units are located from 5/F-20/F. tds offers a simple payment plan:

  • 5% initial deposit
  • 5% further deposit
  • 90% upon completion 

    Located in the historic core of Hong Kong's Central district, 28 Aberdeen St. is a brand new 23-storey residential building offering 38 one-bedroom apartments, one duplex unit with a flat roof and one penthouse with the roof floor. All units enjoy unobstructed city views overlooking the PMQ, a Grade III listed historic building.
