Regal Homes launches The Avenue- 68 new homes in stunning      Queen’s Park, NW6

HONG KONG, 27 OCTOBER 2016 – There could never be a better time to invest in London property, with sterling at a 30-year low. Recent months have seen investors hurry to purchase in the city that is still seen as one of the world's safe havens for investment.

Regal Homes reveals a new landmark development, The Avenue. A prime London property with a village like backdrop. The Avenue consists of 68 studio, one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments and duplexes, located moments from Queen's Park underground station. Prices at The Avenue start from £420,000 (HKD 3.97 million).

The Avenue was designed by world renowned, award-winning Hopkins Architects, who have been at the forefront of British architecture since their practice was established in 1976. Some of their high profile projects include the London 2012 Olympic velodrome and Mound Stand at Lord's Cricket Ground. The Avenue is an inspiring collection of new homes, set around landscaped communal gardens. Superb resident's facilities include a modern fitness suite, secure underground parking and concierge service.

The development is exceptionally well connected, with access to the whole of London via three stations. Residents can jump on the Overground, Jubilee or Bakerloo line and be transported to anywhere in the city. All of London's leading universities are easily reachable, offering a wide selection of courses and specialities.

Positioned between Queen's Park and leafy West Hampstead, in the North West of London, The Avenue is surrounded by iconic neighbourhoods. Demand for property in Queen's Park is constant and a host of famous faces are said to live in the area, including Daniel Craig, Sienna Miller and Thandie Newton. Queen's Park still remains popular with artists, musicians and media types but is largely now home to families and professionals.  The development casts aside the traditional notion of the busy London lifestyle, by forging a quality style of living in a tranquil corner of the city, with sprawling parks, classic Victorian homes, lavish restaurants, quiet streets and stylish pavement cafes. Residents can try the handmade breads and vintage cheeses at the farmer's market near Queen's Park, or can wander around the antiques markets and boutiques of Notting Hill and Primrose Hill.

Queen's Park provides a haven away from city life, with six all-weather tennis courts, paddling pools and a zoo to be enjoyed. Opened in 1887, Queen Victoria's Jubilee Year, this magnificent 30 acre park was designed by Alexander McKenzie, landscape designer to the Metropolitan Board of Works, who also designed Alexandra Palace Park, Finsbury Park, Southwark Park and Victoria and Albert Embankments in London.

Each apartment at The Avenue has been thoughtfully designed to the finest detail. The carefully considered specification creates a beautifully crafted home with elegant finishes. With oak veneer wood flooring running throughout all living areas and sumptuous carpets and fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, each apartment is refined and functional in design. The heart of the home, each kitchen has been designed with entertainment and relaxation in mind. Siemens appliances, integrated wine coolers and microwaves, quartz stone worktops and soft closing doors with concealed handles creates a contemporary and stylish look and feel. For maximum luxury and comfort, thermostatically controlled under floor heating has been installed. With private balconies or terraces to every apartment, residents have their own private outdoor space to socialise and enjoy.

Paul Eden, Joint CEO, Regal Homes, comments: "The Avenue provides exceptionally high quality homes for the young professionals, families and downsizers keen to live in this appealing community. The excellent schools in the area are a draw as well as the well connected transportation network."

For sale by 999 year leasehold, estimated completion for The Avenue is October 2018.
