Rare condos go on sale in San Francisco

Luxury high-rise with resort-like amenities close to downtown

HONG KONG, 14 October 2016 – JLL has been appointed by Strada Investment Group and CIM Group as the sole agent in Hong Kong for One Mission Bay condominiums currently under construction at 1000 Channel Street, San Francisco. The high-rise residences located along the shore of McCovey Cove, across the channel from AT&T Park offer seven unique floor plans, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms plus a den, starting from 500 to 1,458 sq ft. Prices range from USD 705,000 to USD 1.89 million (HKD 5.47 million to HKD14.66 million).

Desirable location

Surrounded by a scenic waterfront, green parks and winding bike paths, One Mission Bay luxury condominiums reside where nature blends harmoniously with the vibrant song of San Francisco. Parks bookend the project, made up of two towers — one rising 16 storeys and the other six — designed by Arquitectonica and being built by Lend Lease. Along with iconic architecture and great views, One Mission Bay will offer its residents the cachet and convenience of onsite retail, resort-like amenities and a hotel.

Caltrain links to the Peninsula, Muni light rail connects to downtown and biking is a breeze. Once complete, the Central Subway Project will have transformed Mission Bay into a major commuting hub. At the centre of transit, restaurants, retail and parks, One Mission Bay residents will enjoy easy access to AT&T Park and the future Golden State Warriors Stadium. This convenience and the project's proximity to downtown give the 350 condominiums great value.

The interior finishes are of the finest quality and include Gaggenau appliances and Kohler fixtures in the kitchens and baths, hardwood floors, European tile, custom cabinetry and balconets in select units.

Amenities aplenty

A host of amenities offers the essentials for an active lifestyle and guarantee a resort-style experience of comfort and ease.

A lush interior courtyard invites you to swim, dine or relax, while interior amenities provide numerous options for exercise, entertainment or business. Inside, the design features natural materials, blended textural elements and artful accents to create a sophisticated palette. Step into the business centre and the well-stocked library or indulge yourself at the sauna: everything about One Mission Bay's condominium residences is sleek, modern and inviting.

An indoor-outdoor connection creates a seamless transition between the resident lounge, alfresco gathering spaces and a poolside retreat. The outdoor pool is heated and is flanked by cabanas. Private dining and lounge areas open onto a large outdoor terrace, with fire pits and patio barbecues.

Vibrant neighbourhood

With AT&T Park situated across the channel, plans for the new Warriors stadium, and cultural events springing up all around Mission Bay, this neighbourhood has character and vibrancy.

Across the street is an ideal neighbour, The Yard at Mission Rock, a pop-up farmers market teeming with selected local vendors. Sample inspired food truck fare, sip a pint of seasonal ale or browse locally crafted goods. Gather with friends at Stem's expansive outdoor garden. Experience celebrated restaurants and cosy cafés within walking distance.

Stroll across the channel on the 3rd or 4th Street bridges and root for the Giants from behind home plate at AT&T Park. Bike along the water's edge, kayak in the Bay, watch boats drift into McCovey Cove or picnic in the grass at China Basin Park. This is San Francisco's neighbourhood to watch.

Mission Bay's unique history

San Francisco's spirit of innovation and opportunity is captured in the story of Mission Bay. Once an abundant saltwater marsh, the area offered a generous food supply and served as a hub for native cultures.

As San Francisco grew, Mission Bay quickly became a major shipping port and shipyard, filled with foundries, warehouses and factories. Thus it remained, until a redevelopment plan was born in the late 1990s that continues to reshape the neighbourhood.

The Mission Bay Project is San Francisco's largest urban development project since the construction of Golden Gate Park. Major businesses like Uber, The Gap and UCSF's newest research campus have taken root in the neighbourhood, while developers are creating thousands of residential units and business owners eagerly seek to set up shop.
