Mitsubishi Jisho Residence Launches Two Luxury Residential Projects in Japan

Premium apartments priced from HK$2.4 million offer investors compelling value

HONG KONG, 21 January 2016 - Mitsubishi Jisho Residence is targeting savvy property investors in Hong Kong with the launch of two Japanese luxury residential projects, which both come with choice locations and scenic views.  Apart from offering compelling value in view of the favourable exchange rate, they also promise competitive rental yields similar to other well-located Japanese properties, giving investors stable returns.

The developer has appointed JLL as the sole agent in Hong Kong. The Parkhouse Tsukishima Diasta is a 12-storey waterfront residence in Tokyo's Chuo Ward, one of the three main districts in the Japanese capital. Located just a three-minute walk from Tsukishima subway station, the project is located in a neighbourhood known for its picturesque riverside jogging routes, which are popular with runners. Overlooking the canal and waterfront, the south-facing units offer a majestic view of Tokyo Bay. The district has numerous viewing spots for night scenery and Japan's famed cherry blossoms, including the Sumida River Terrace (about 630m away) with a view of retail mecca Ginza across the river.

The building's exterior exudes an elegance befitting its prime waterfront location, with slabs bringing in fresh breezes and light into the interiors, while glass materials – where the sky and water merge into each other – create a sense of bright, refreshing openness. The white tiles reflect an invigorating waterscape and sky to produce a clean, transparent look. Construction is scheduled to be completed in January 2017, with the handover of keys two months later.

Ranging in size between 615 ~ 853 sq ft), the 69 units are available in two- or three-bedroom configurations with prices starting from JPY60.2 million (HK$4 million).

The Parkhouse Nakanoshima Tower in Osaka is a 55-storey, 193-meter high building located in the Premium Life Zone of Nakanoshima, a designated redevelopment area since 1973. It will be the tallest base-isolated residential building in Japan when completed (based on total floor count). The top two floors will have 22 premium apartments with high-specification finishing, offering panoramic views of the city.

The project is a mere two-minute walk from Nakanoshima Station and within walking distance from RIHGA Royal Hotel Nakanoshima. A key business hub, Nakanoshima houses the Bank of Japan's Osaka headquarters, as well as those of many other blue-chip companies such as Mitsui & Co., Toray Industry, Obayashi Corporation and Kaneka Corporation.

The Parkhouse Nakanoshima Tower comprises 894 apartments ranging in size from 625to ~ 995 sq ft, priced from JPY36.18 million (HK$2.4 million).  It boasts a wide range of clubhouse facilities which include a lounge with stunning city views, a café, library, function room and a golf driving range simulator. The Parkhouse Nakanoshima Tower is scheduled for completion in October 2017, with apartments to be delivered to buyers from February 2018.
