Kings Row New Homes in Hammersmith Set for Royal Welcome

HONG KONG, 29 October 2015 - Pre-launch interest indicates a royal welcome for Kings Row, a luxurious collection of new apartments and townhouses coming soon to Hammersmith from award-winning housebuilder Linden Homes.

Arriving in the vibrant west London postcode of W6 is the selection of Manhattans (studios) plus one, two and three-bedroom apartments, villas, penthouses and three-bedroom townhouses occupying a well-connected Zone 2 location overlooking the southern end of leafy Ravenscourt Park.

Launching to the market this month, prices for the choice of 55 high quality private homes at Kings Row will start at GBP449,950. The development is a sequel to Linden Homes’ popular Parkside Place at the other end of Ravenscourt Park, which is already over 50% sold.

Buyers quickest off the mark will be able to pick from the limited choice of exclusive villas, penthouses and three-bedroom townhouses which are in addition to the stylish apartments at Kings Row.

As well as Linden Homes’ customary high specification fixtures and fittings, properties will include a 24 hour concierge and security service, bicycle storage and secure video entry system.

Offered with each home will be a fully-fitted kitchen and a high-quality furniture package with a range of options to suit each buyer. Once furnished, buyers will be able to move straight in and start enjoying their new home without the hassle of sourcing furniture from elsewhere.

A10-year NHBC warranty and two-year customer care warranty for peace of mind also comes as standard.

A short walk from Kings Row is Ravenscourt Park Underground station on the District line, one stop away from Hammersmith for the Circle and Hammersmith & City lines as well. For getting further afield by road, Junction 1 of the M4 is less than two miles away.

Kings Row enjoys a buzzy neighbourhood close to two of the capital’s major comedy and music venues, The Hammersmith Apollo and Shepherds Bush Empire, as well as a wide variety of shopping and international cuisine.

Dylan May, Linden Homes South East’s land, sales and marketing director, said, “Demand for the kind of high quality, modern home Kings Row is offering means that even before launch we’ve had significant interest from people eager to secure a property there.

“Zone 2 connections for the City and other locations are effortless, and there is quick access to the M4 for getting about. But residents will find plenty on their doorstep: great food, lively nightlife, cultural attractions and space to relax in Ravenscourt Park. Location, quality and style are a popular mix, so we don’t expect these homes to be on the market long.”

The exhibition will be from 30 October 2015 (Fri) – 1 November 2015 (Sun) at Tian & Di Room, 7/F, Landmark Mandarin Oriental, 15 Queen’s Road Central, The Landmark, Central, Hong Kong
