Luxury seaview houses at The Redhill Peninsula to launch for sale

Landmark project offering prestigious lifestyle with stunning vistas of Tai Tam Bay

HONG KONG, 1 September 2015 – A total of 29 houses at Site B of the Redhill Peninsula project - jointly held by Chinachem Group, Sino Land and Dan Form International Limited - will be launched on 1 September 2015.

Situated at Pak Pat Shan and with sweeping views of Tai Tam Bay, Redhill Peninsula is one of the largest luxury residential projects in the Southern District of Hong Kong, and is lauded for its spectacular sea views and tranquil setting. Its developers have reserved its units as rental properties for long-term investment.

The houses, each offering a saleable area of 2,788 to 3,142 sq ft, with 4 bedrooms and two en-suites, are located at Site B of The Redhill Peninsula project. Residents will benefit from facilities in the clubhouse and can enjoy the leisure and recreational facilities in the nearby Tai Tam Tuk Society and Scout Association campsite and activity centre. Residents can also enjoy water sports in the nearby Tai Tam Bay and Turtle Cove.

Ms. Hilary Lai, Deputy Development Manager at Chinachem Group, said, “There has been longstanding demand for premium residential properties in prestigious areas, so it is no wonder that the response for the apartments at Redhill Peninsula was overwhelming. A total of 82 apartments have been sold in batches since the beginning of the year. The luxury houses now up for sale not only boast magnificent sea views of Tai Tam Bay, but also feature more spacious living space and a higher level of privacy.”

“In this batch, 26 out of 29 houses will be delivered with vacant possession, and the remaining three houses will come with leases that will expire in 2016 and 2017. Prices for these 29 houses range from HK$31,556 to HK$39,785 per sq ft.  An 8.5% stamp duty discount will be offered to all buyers while for those who sign the Preliminary Agreement for Sale and Purchase on or before 15 September 2015, an additional 3% discount will be offered, which means a total of 11.5% discount can be enjoyed.  Less the 11.5% discount, the selling prices of this batch of houses will start from HK$77,861,400 while the average prices will range from HK$27,927 to HK$35,210.  We will not rule out the sale of 17 houses at Site C and two houses at Site D at a later stage if there is strong buyer interest,” she added.

Mr. Joseph Tsang, Managing Director of JLL, Hong Kong, commented, “Redhill Peninsula is a four-phase project along the waterfront built with the highest standard of materials, and its great wealth of amenities is positioned to offer luxury and a resident-centred experience. The Redhill Peninsula houses are gems in a highly sought neighbourhood in the Southern District, and are expected to receive an outstanding market response.”

The design approach is rather simple and natural. Along with glass and mirrors providing a special charm and bright decorative accent, and artifacts dramatizing the interior, the backdrop in primary colours of snow white and light brown present a comfortable and visually refreshing environment. Magnificent views of Turtle Cove and Tai Tam Bay are welcomed into the house via a huge balcony and garden, making the house part of the picturesque nature of the home.

Each corner of the house carries its own character, while the iconic tree log at Level 2 creates a focal point of the entire area, and the safari-inspired decor completes an illusion of a presence in the wild. A poliform couch provides a relaxing amenity for gatherings, and it is particularly heart-warming to sit there with family and friends when the open furnace is on in the winter. An open kitchen featuring Eggersmann and famous Swiss V-ZUG appliances allows cooking events to be more creative and inviting. High chairs grouped around the cooking island create true moments of culinary enjoyment.

Each bedroom makes itself a personalized space to reflect the character and taste of their respective occupants. The master bedroom is relatively quiet, with special wall paint and an en-suite bathroom equipped with walk-in rain shower booth, free-standing bathtub and a wide, luxurious vanity countertop bringing a prestigious 6-star hotel suite bathing experience.
