HONG KONG

Launch of Bridgewater House, London City Island, London E14

228 New Units in Riverside Mini-Manhattan in East London

Hong Kong, 1 June 2015Bridgewater House, a new phase of the London City Island joint development by leading London developer Ballymore and Malaysia-based developer Eco World, is set for completion in 2018. The property is sandwiched between the global financial powerhouse district of Canary Wharf and the emerging cool and creative centres of East London.

The apartments will be released in Hong Kong ranged from 417 sq.ft. to 885 sq.ft. at prices starting from £325,000.

The 23-storey Bridgewater House offers a total of 228 units, including 45 suites, 115 one-bedroom units, 66 two-bedroom units, and 2 three-bedroom units. The property faces Trinity Square, a future centre of civic life that will offer residents a year-round program of events. Residents will also enjoy easy access to The Grocer, a key retail tenant providing high quality produce and provisions on site, along with a cafe / bar. In addition, all residents become members of the exclusive City Island Arts Club featuring elegantly designed private facilities such as a clubhouse, gymnasium, spa and treatment room, screening room, pools and gardens.

Located less than 2km from Canary Wharf and directly across the Thames from the O2 Arena in North Greenwich, Bridgewater House offers riverside living and easy access to the rest of London. A 2-minute walk* across the new Island Bridge brings residents to the Canning Town Underground (Jubilee Line) and DLR station, from which Canary Wharf is a 4-minute* ride away by Underground, and London Bridge and Bond Street are 11 minutes* and 20 minutes* away, respectively. By DLR, it's just 6 minutes* to Stratford and London City Airport, 15 minutes* to Bank, and 22 minutes* to Greenwich, and the launch of Crossrail in 2018 will bring London City Island residents to the doorstep of every corner of London.

Following on projects such as Canary Wharf, London Docks, and Olympic Park, the 1,700 apartment London City Island development is at the heart of the eastward shift in London's centre of gravity, which will be further driven by projects such as the £1 billion Asian Business Port project at the Royal Albert Dock. Formerly the site of the world's largest docks and the marketplace of the British Empire, London City Island will once again find global prominence, this time as a premier residential development at the heart of London.

An exhibition for Bridgewater House of London City Island will be held in the Tian & Di Room on 7/F of the Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Central, Hong Kong from the 5th (Friday) to 7th (Sunday) of June, 11am to 7pm. With the previous launch of London City Island recording strong sales, the brand new phase is certain to be met with healthy demand.
