No. 16 Hart Avenue for Sale En bloc by Public Tender

Hong Kong, 18 May 2015 - No.16 Hart Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon is now for sale en bloc by public tender.  According to the sole agent JLL, the property is to be sold with vacant possession.  The tender will close at 12:00 noon, Tuesday 9 June 2015.  The vendor is expecting an offer of not less than HK$500 million.

Completed in March 2014, the property now for sale will be a 23-storey commercial building comprising five storeys of retail space: from G/F to 3/F and 5/F; 14 storeys of offices: from 8/F to 12/F and from 15/F to 23/F; and two mechanical floors: from 6/F to 7/F.  The building comprises a total gross area of approximately 24,305 sq ft, with each office floor plate covering approximately 1,146 sq ft and retail floor plates ranging from1,036 sq ft and 1,873 sq ft.
