14 high-end apartments available for sale in emerging East End fashion/retail hub Residential sales exhibit in Hong Kong 30 January to 1 February

Hong Kong, 29 January 2015 - Fashion Place, offering 14 high-end apartments in Hackney Central, London E9, has been launched for sale. Located at 25-27 Chatham Place, the project is just steps away from the Hackney Fashion Hub, a major regeneration project that will anchor a fashion design hub and is poised to elevate the heart of East London to West End status.

Formerly a center of textile production and home to a Burberry factory, Hackney Central is undergoing a transformation into a world-class cultural and creative heartland and fashion destination featuring outlet stores, showrooms, design studios, workshops, restaurants, and a pedestrianized public realm. The neighborhood is ideal for young professionals and the generation that has established and now redefined east London as the city's mecca for contemporary living. Just moments away from Fashion Place is Victoria Park and its hidden gem, The Village, which provide residents with a rural retreat alive with quirky stores, boutiques, galleries and alfresco eateries. Stray a little further and residents will find themselves on Regent's Canal, then Brick Land, Spitalfields and Shoreditch. For residents, London's new fashion and cultural metropolis will only be a few steps away.

Fashion Place offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartments with highly refined specifications and luxury finishes throughout creating comfortable and relaxing living spaces. Each unit features underfloor heating in the principal living areas, fully integrated kitchen appliances - including wine cooler – and a spacious hardwood-decked balcony. The apartments are arranged from levels one to four, with lift access available to each floor from a ground-level private entrance lobby.

At Fashion Place, accessing the best of London is quick and easy as it is situated only 5 minutes walk* away from Overground services at Hackney Central and only 11 minutes walk* from mainline rail at London Fields direct into Liverpool Street. From Liverpool Street, it only takes 1 minute* to get to Bank, 8 minutes* to get to Tottenham Court Road, 8 minutes* to get to King's Cross St. Pancras and 13 minutes* to Covent Garden.

An exhibition for the 14 private apartments for sale will be held at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong in the Gloucester Room on Friday 30 January and the Edinburgh Room Saturday 30 January and Sunday 1 February.
