Terry Shum Promoted to Kowloon Business Head at Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong

Hong Kong, 8 May 2012 – International professional real estate services firm Jones Lang LaSalle announced the promotion of Terry Shum to Kowloon Business Head in Hong Kong. With over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, he will continue his role in providing advice to clients of both local and multinational corporations for occupational requirements in Kowloon office as well as the growth of business in the Kowloon office.

He is also responsible for formulating lease relocation and renewal strategies, implementing real estate occupational plans, conducting financial analysis and providing clients with up-to-date market information regarding the local office market situation.

Since joining Jones Lang LaSalle in 2000, Shum has gained significant experience in the leasing market, in particular the leasing of new commercial developments including Millennium City 2 and 3, One Peking, One Kowloon, as well as Manulife Financial Centre. He also has a track record in advising and negotiating for tenants such as Zurich, Estee Lauder, Johnson & Johnson, Johnson Controls, Siemens, APL, Coles Group, China Unicom, Mast Industries and Sayno Electric.
