Octa Tower announced its Chinese name 傲騰廣場

Jones Lang LaSalle Appointed as Marketing Consultant

HONG KONG, 2 May 2012 – Octa Tower officially announced its Chinese name as 傲騰廣場 today, appointed Jones Lang LaSalle as Marketing Consultant for this Grade A office located in Kowloon Bay, a prestigious commercial development by Nan Fung Group.

The development has reached an occupancy level of over 50% since its completion in Q410. Current tenants include big names from Hong Kong’s pillar industries such as FIREBS (finance, insurance, real estate and business services), which includes Li Fung Trinity (Management) Ltd, Avery Dennison and Wing Lung Bank, Chubb Hong Kong Ltd, as well as from commerce and IT sectors like CSL Advanced MP Technology.
