The entire building of Hillwood Centre for sale by Public Tender

The Tender closes on 21 September 2011

HONG KONG, 3 August 2011 – Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as the sole agent to conduct a public tender sale for the entire building of Hillwood Centre, 17-19 Hillwood Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon.  The tender will close at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 21 September 2011.  The property is to be sold on an ‘as-is’ basis and with the benefit of the existing tenancies.

Completed in 1993, Hillwood Centre is a 20-storey commercial building with its G/F to 3/F designated for retail purpose while the upper floors are for office use.  13/F and 14/F are omitted in the building.  The entire building comprises a total GFA of about 46,700 sq ft, with the retail portion making up about 13,600 sq ft.

Hillwood Centre is located in the heart of Tsimshatsui, on the north side of Hillwood Road near its junction with Pine Tree Hill Road.  The building enjoys excellent accessibility, with Jordan MTR Station within a five-minute walk. The area abounds with commercial buildings and hotels as well as shopping malls like The One, K11 and The Mira Hong Kong.
