Joseph Tsang to Become Managing Director and Gavin Morgan, Deputy Managing Director, of Jones Lang LaSalle Hong Kong


Jones Lang LaSalle today announced the change of leadership in its Hong Kong office, effective from 1 January 2011. Joseph Tsang will become the Firm’s Managing Director for its Hong Kong office and Gavin Morgan has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director, while KK Fung retains his role as Managing Director for Greater China.
 
Joseph has over 25 years of experience in residential, industrial and investment sales. In the capital markets arena, Joseph and his team have been responsible for some of the most high profile transactions in Hong Kong such as the sale of 35 Barker Road, The Peak – a record high for residential sites sold by public auction - as well as a number of significant appointments of residential sole agency and feasibility studies and consultancy projects for various developers and government agencies in Hong Kong. Joseph will continue his current responsibility of leading our Capital Markets business in Hong Kong.
 
Gavin has a wide range of commercial property experience focusing on commercial leasing, transactions and investment. He has worked with both purchasers and vendors and has extensive project leasing experience for a broad range of commercial projects including some of the world’s largest office buildings such as One Island East, Chater House and Three Pacific Place.  He will continue his role of leading Hong Kong’s most successful agency teams.
 
In their new expanded roles, Joseph and Gavin will work closely together overseeing Jones Lang LaSalle’s Hong Kong operations to further grow and strengthen the business and client relationships.
