Whole-floor Office Premises in Tsim Sha Tsui for Sale by Public Tender


Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as the sole agent to conduct a public tender for the sale of the whole of 3/F with flat roof and the whole of 8/F, Inter-Continental Plaza (The Property).  The tender will close at 12 Noon on 6 October 2010 (Wednesday).

The Property now for sale comprises the whole of 3/F with flat roof and the whole of 8/F of Inter-Continental Plaza, 94 Granville Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.  It stretches a total gross area of approximately 22,204 sq ft.

Completed in 1982, Inter-Continental Plaza is a commercial building comprising 9 floors of office space (from 3/F to 11/F) and a six-storey commercial podium (including B/F, LG/F, G/F, UG/F, 1/F and 2/F).

Strategically located on the south of Granville Road, near the junction with Chatham Road South in Tsim Sha Tsui East, The Property is well served by various modes of public transport.  Both Tsim Sha Tsui and Hung Hom MTR Stations are only minutes’ walk away.  Tsim Sha Tsui East is one of the major shopping districts in Hong Kong; the vicinity abounds with five-star hotels, commercial buildings and shopping centres.
