Relying on Jones Lang LaSalle’s in-depth knowledge of the local residential market, the development’s owner Macquarie Global Property Advisors appointed our firm to be the project’s Marketing Consultant and Lead Agent.

Our marketing specialists developed a campaign called ‘Live the Tradition, Own the Legacy’ featuring stars Rosemund Kwan and Eason Chan. The promotion highlighted the property’s distinguishing flavour and sophistication.

The campaign proved to be a huge success, garnering numerous awards and generating proceeds in excess of HKD 3 billion. In addition, 52 of the 53 houses were sold and some units even transacted for HKD 24,000 per sq ft—a multi-year high for Island South Properties. 56 Repulse Bay Road has definitely become one of the best-performing properties in the whole of Hong Kong!
