​​​​​JLL’s F&B team plays a key role in the brand’s transformation from a small 500 sq.ft. cafe on Sun Wui Road in Causeway Bay in 2009 to now, a close-to-20-outlet premium Hong Kong style food chain with store sizes ranging from 800-1,500sq.ft. covering prime street level and shopping arcades in both commercial as well as residential areas. Our strategic consulting for HDF Group has not only helped the client expand their brand across key locations around Hong Kong, but also enabled the client to save significant time and labour costs by acting as their sole agent and direct liaison with third party vendors such as HDF Group’s legal consultants and project contractors. JLL successfully helped the client lease:
