Case Study

Going beyond traditional property management services for Hang Lung Properties Ltd

Usually, the final arrangements leading up to and following a new development’s completion are taken care of by the developer itself. However, Hang Lung Properties realised that by partnering with Jones Lang Management Services, it could concentrate on its core business while we took care of this often labour-intensive and very detailed work.

We organised a dedicated, experienced team to perform the necessary tasks for the pre-handover and post-handover process. Pre-completion inspections were regularly done through meetings with the architect, consultants and contractors to identify defects before the handover. We also provided logistics services as we implemented crowd control, quality catering and show-flat cleaning during marketing. We also carried out handover arrangements, including the preparation of handover kits, assisting our client’s legal agent, as well as organising catering services.

Through Jones Lang LaSalle’s dedication, we were able to beat the handover deadline as well as carry out the assignment within the client’s budget. Our efficient service matched Hang Lung Properties’ rigid schedule, saving time and effort for the company. With our proven competence and dedication, our client has awarded us with six consecutive appointments within a span of three years.
