Trusting Jones Lang LaSalle’s ability to create real value for our clients, Midea International Corporation Ltd and its holding company, Hualing Holding Ltd, appointed us as real estate adviser to address their occupancy needs.

Drawing from our vast experience in the field of Office Agency, we tried to identify our clients’ operational challenges in order to recommend occupation strategies that would support their business objectives.

After a thorough search for the right premises, we found that The Gateway’s Grade A facilities would be ideal for Midea International and Hualing Holding’s operations.

We then facilitated the negotiations for the office space at The Gateway. The 15,000-sq ft transaction was the only one over 10,000 sq ft in The Gateway in 2005, and was by far the largest transaction in its portfolio for that year.
