JLL Graduate Trainee Programme 2017
The programme is structured in a way that provides Graduate Trainees an opportunity to take up different roles and responsibilities within various business lines. This set up offers Trainees a strong foundation and a broad-based understanding of the general operations in the real estate industry.
Each Trainee will be appointed a mentor who will support your personal growth and provide advice on career development through consultation and experience sharing.
The programme provides Trainees the opportunity to build a strong network of connections and is an excellent platform to meet a variety of professionals within the firm. You will be addressed by the Senior Management team who will share their invaluable insights and provide guidance on becoming future leaders in an ever-changing business environment.
Learning will be a continual focus throughout your career. Apart from on-the-job training, a structured training programme will come in the form of classroom training, seminars, and sharing sessions in order to develop business knowledge as well as personal soft skill competency. Support will also be given in attaining professional qualifications such as HKIS or RICS.
Trainees will not only benefit from participation in a diverse range of hands on projects and cross-divisional activities, there will also be a chance for you to present your observations or recommendations to the Senior Management team, adding value to the business as a whole.
Graduates and post-graduates in Real Estate, Surveying, Economics, Property Management, Marketing, Engineering, Hotel Management and Business Administration, either fresh from university or with one year's working experience.
